Menard Adjusting was founded in 2015 by Jeremy Menard (CEO) as a Florida based independent adjusting firm. Jeremy has a vast understanding of the complex legal issues and claims unique to Florida due to the extensive history of handling claims statewide as an adjuster and appraiser.

Jennifer Menard serves as the Chief Business Officer. Her focus is business development and operations. We have handled claims as staff adjusters statewide, including CAT claims during the 2004, 2005, 2008 (Ike), and 2016, and 2017 storms. We have remotely handled claims in Texas and Louisiana. Our current coverage area is every county in Florida.

Our robust team of skilled adjusters will contact your policyholders immediately upon receipt of the new claim assignment. All claims are reviewed by us for accuracy and quality before being submitted to the carrier.

We specialize in Property and Casualty claims handling. Our team of adjusters handle daily assignments, liability investigations, appraisals, and mediations. No loss is too large or too small for our team of trained adjusters- including day-to-day claims handling for Casualty, Commercial, Residential Property, and General Liability.
